Because sellers compete with sellers, and buyers compete with buyers, you will need to learn about your competition in the marketplace and create a plan that will allow you to achieve your home buying/selling objectives. As Coldwell Banker Certified Negotiating Specialists, we have the training necessary to help you maximize the opportunities that you have in the marketplace, and negotiate an agreement that meets your objectives. The sales associate that you select to represent you will serve as your advisor when it comes time to negotiating your agreement. He/she will provide you information about the strategies that are available to you based upon the conditions in the marketplace. It’s important when you select your sales associate that you evaluate their negotiating experience and the ability that they have to help you get the best results possible. |
